Of course it will. Buyers may think your selling the item from two different accounts. So you could loose a sale. So I would be making a big deal of it. I put a lot of time into my photos trying to show my products to the best of my ability. My time is worth money if others are avoiding this they are in a way saving themselves money.

And dont get me started on Copyright, (Sorry if a little ranty a subject very close to me)
