Windows 2000 Professional installation cd

Donnie, no worries, I managed to borrow a cd from a friend. Can't access the link to drivers!0

Firstly, check which Network Adaptor is installed using the: Unknown Device Identifier.
If 3COM, the driver is here.
If Intel.....still looking.0 -
everything is now back to normal. The adaptor was 3com and after downloading the drivers I was able t get internet access. I downloaded all windows service packs and upgrades. The graphics were a bit grainy but I was able to download drivers for the unknown hardware under device manager one of which was the graphics card so that has now fixed the grainy picture. Not sure which is the best colour setting, 256, 16 or 32bit. Its been a bit of a hassle but my laptop is now running much faster and better than before so at least its had a good cleanup. Thanks everyone for your help, I couldn't have done it without you!0
