    Whats the next blimmin step?? small claims court??

    Call Chris Kennelly on the number above and he has promised to sort this out for you. (need to call him on Wednesday for some reason though)

    Would love to know how you get on...

    hmmm, not sure on that one...he doesn't seem right, maybe he is just a chancer trying his luck at giving me a fake address to return goods too so he gets free milkshake powder!

    The telephone number given is legit. for Bodysourceonline.com, who are also monstersupplements.com and sportand supplements.com, so you will be ok calling him on 08443 573807

    I didnt delete the old posts, a MOD must have done it. SASUK was apparently reporting my posts due to the information I had posted.

  • Well, what can I say. I called the number given, and was once again put in a q with no one answering my call. Not suprised, knew it would happen. Chris if you really do want to sort this out without going down the small claims route the please pm me a direct line number to your office. Not the 'call centre' number that you have given me.

    I would also like to thank Will for pointing out this complaint, its only with eagle eyed customers can we truly resolve complaints.
    Chris, if you want to represent your company, you must ask the permission of the MSE Forum Team first.

    ETA: Also, all UK company websites have been required by law to have their phone number, email address and postal address on them in an easily reachable place since 1st January 2007. I believe that the penalty for non-compliance with this law is a very hefty fine.

    If mwilletts was pointing this information out to the OP by using pages from your website, then they were not breaking any laws that I can see. Also pointing someone to consumer reviews of a company on other websites is also not illegal, unless someone has lobbied Parliament during the summer recess to change that...

    Looks like Chris has been deleted off here, but he was true to his word, and fixed the problem for me :T.
    I had trouble with the number on his website :mad: but he pm me his mobile number, and called me back to arrange delivery of a replacement product which arrived today:D.

    Thankyou chris for sorting this mess out for me, and thanks to everyone else for your help in this matter.

    I think from now on though i will stick to buying it from a shop! :rotfl:
