We orderded £104 worth of goods 3 days ago, with next day delivery on a visa electron halifax debit card.
goods have not come, no one answers emails or answers phone and after googling them, i am not the 1st either. A lot of people are claiming back through their bank.
We rang halifax, who said they would contact monstersupplement to arrange getting money back BUT, they wont give us money back unless monster get back to them and aggree that the products have not been sent.
I have a feeling that monster are out to scam and steal money, soi are not going to agree that goods were not sent.
Where do i stand and how do i get my cash back?

Wait and see what Halifax say. If they don't get a response then take them to small claims court.
If you don't recognise an online retailer it's always a good idea to google them before you buy...but I guess I don't need to tell you that now0 -

Oh and as a heads up, you might want to change your terms and conditions on sportandsupplements.com, as you are in direct breach of the Distance Selling Regulations...

It might be worthwhile putting your VAT number on there as well...
Oh and I love the fact you are members of the Internet Chargeback Register (ICR) it's just a shame it doesn't exist...

Im sorry that you are on a mission to doubt my ability to resolve complaints, these posts are from 2008, I have just bought over these companies in Late Jun 2009.
I know there's a bit of a habit on these boards of people bumping up threads from years back but the OP was this month.

where do i start???
I have since received a delivery (to my billing address not to the delivery address)
In the delivery were 2 tubs when i ordered 3.
1 was strawberry, 1 was vanilla when i ordered 3 chocolate and the vanila one was half the size of the straw when they should have all been the huge size.
Ive had it with this company now, i have emailed them asking them A, why i was only sent 2 and not 3, B why i was not refunded for the missing one, C why i was not asked if i wanted a different flavour to what i actually ordered.....Have i had a reply????? NO!

You could also give them a time limit, say 14 days, to send the refund.
You need to state that if the refund isn't forthcoming you will start legal procedings. This is a Letter Before Action... google that for many examples.
When the time limit has passed, follow the guidance on Money Claim Online.
It is important to get this rejection letter of quickly as you only have a limited amount of time.
You should then send the goods back, but no need to rush unduly on that. The company should pay for the return, so maybe invite them to collect it.0 -
