online o2 help please

Hi

I have had the SE W800 on an online o2 tariff since October. In the past couple of months the control stick has become less responive and and now it basically doesn't work well, just selecting the item rather than moving-a real PAIN!! Any way can anyone tell me where on their site it gives details about fualty phones and their return policies? It's within the 12 months so should be fixed for free?

As your mobile is covered by a 1 year manufacturer warranty from point of sale your mobile can be repaired for you free of charge if within the warranty terms.
