I'd put chicken soup (campbells condensed) with chicken breast (chopped up), mushrooms and grated carrots, onions etc in the slow cooker on low all day. It might not be chicken supreme - but it sounds closeSquares knitted for my throw ~ 90 (yes!!! I have finally finished it :rotfl: )Squares made for my patchwork quilt ~ 80 (only the "actual" quilting to do now :rotfl:)0

Campbells do a chicken and white wine soup (they sell it in Tescos) which is really nice for this kind of thing. I use it with chopped chicken as a pie filler too. Add normal milk to thin it down a bitJust run, run and keep on running!0

This is the one that I use
15ml (1 tbsp) vegetable oil
4 chicken breasts
100g (3 1/2oz) mushrooms, sliced
295g Campbell's Condensed Cream Chicken & Mushroom Soup
200ml (7 fl.oz) milk
Heat the oil in a frying pan amd fry chicken for 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes.
Stir in soup and milk and simmer for 15 minutes or until chicken is tender, stirring occasionally.0 -

can this be done in a SC aswell?...im thinking id just put it all in as it is (raw chicken) and leave for about 6 hours...would this be ok?love my little man he is amazing :j0 -
I second the suggestions to use Campbells soup, but personally I wouldn't bother using the slowcooker - it's a meal that cooks quickly in a pan. By the time you've sealed the meat, fried the veg and stirred in the soup it's 99% cooked.0

I'm almost the same as the above, but a word of warning. Last time I made this, I used cream to thin the soup and it split
I would be wary of putting raw chicken in the sc. I ALWAYS brown mine off first. Chicken is one thing I will never take a chance on.
As filligree has also stated, it's just as quick to throw together in a pan than in a sc.
My chicken supreme has onion and peas in, no mushrooms
