Reduced BT tariff for benefits

Does anyone know if the BT tariff that is reduced if you are on benefits has a minimum contract on it? I can't remember the name of the tariff, but I am concerned that if I sign up for it I may end up changing addresses within 12 months, which might get me in trouble unless I could take the line with me.

Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0

Yes. 12 months for the line, but the tariff can be changed if you cease to qualify for the discounted rate.0

beware this tarif can be expensive .My aunt received her first BT basic bill ,it Was £74 .Considering the BT anytime plan would have been £48.60 ."Do not regret growing older, it's a privilege denied to many"0
