I think you probably need more sleep Martin - it's one thing to be incredibly busy, but how many hours a night are you getting? Is it enough for you, really?0

The need for sleep is debatable... well the time needed. Mrs Thatcher reportedly only slept 4 hours per night and she ran the country which is quite a busy job at times, I imagine.
I'm guessing Martin usually gets around 6 hours sleep during the week which is pefectly adequate. 6 hours per night, that is
