...I called the customer service & sales teams & they both said that they are in no position to & cant change the website!

One more thing I would like to add -
I know for a fact that the building that I live in does NOT support Digital TV (Sky, Virgin etc.)
... which is why the website says it is not available and analogue should be (it is searching for cable connections, hence no amount of pleading will get them to update the website, as you have said yourself it is not available!)? As a result, it may be that you can sign up for analogue by following the links through over the phone (Quidco website shows £60 for VM National ie non-cable, not £150, therefore suggests that you can follow the links through and sign up for analogue online and perhaps get £60).
