e2save psp delivery
I ordered a phone frome e2save a month ago which included receiving a psp after 28 days.
We have just recently moved home and have only just set up our mail redirection.
The problem is that I can't seem to get through to e2save to inform them of our new address and am worried that the psp will go astray, does anyone know what delivery method is used by e2save for their psp's ie royal mail or courier etc.

If they post it (even recorded delivery) via Royal Mail and it goes astray they are liable, as items bought from retailers by normal consumers are on a COB basis (responsibility for the item does not pass to you until they can prove you have received it).
If sent via Courier, the courier should only accept receipt from the addressee, otherwise again it's their problem if it goes astray.
Maybe you should send them an e-mail/fax just so you have some proof that they knew you had moved in case there's a problem (not necessary but should make it easier).0 -
If they are the same as cpw (most likely) it will be sent by courior (citylink)0

Thanks for the replies, I got an email reply from them stating they have updated their records with my new address so hopefully the psp should arrive shortly. Although the quoted 28+7 days runs out tomorrow.0

Did you get your PSP in the end? I am thinking of signing up with them and getting one of the 'free gifts'.0
