Hi DB, yes Fennel tea will make you wee like a racehorse! I was drinking gallons of the stuff when I was trying to get my milk back as italso aids milk production.0

I feel really stupid now haha, the only tea I knew of as diuretic was dandelion. My doctor knows I love fennel tea and has never said anything to me. 0 -

LOL, good girl. Its ok every now and again I'm sure. Why don't you try cooking the bulb as a vegetable for the taste? Fennel is something I want to like but cannot quite, however hard I try. My only really wholehearted enjoy-way of having it is in a salad with orange segmants and very mild onion (I ind raw onion difficult too)...should of course be dressed with vigin olive oil, but you need not...0 -

Maybe take it when you are doing well eating o help? I don't know...
but you can't expect doctors to really know all this stuff too....they are good, but they can't know everything. Your dietitian should know.

Yes honey, it’s a diuretic, an appetite suppressant and it speeds up metabolism xx*wonders when they will make dressing gowns acceptable day wear?*No new toiletries challenge - use up the stash first!NSD Jan 2/150 -
I've never tried it as a vegetable, but have been craving roasted veg lately and heard of people putting it in that so might give that a whirl. And with a salad. If I cant manage olive oil now, I certainly will be using it soon!

I don't do raw onion, my stomach hates me for it if I try!0 -
I'm to tired to go and read all of the posts, I did have a brief scan and...
The cut out dress is awful, and what a strange tan line you'd get!
I like the cardis PF, love heart prints but don't know if I'm too old for full on girly.
Lovely dress, the blue floral one.
TBTS - Hope your investigation wasn't too horrible, I never had one but it sounds awful. At least it's over now.
I'm still not sure if I'm going to be in a fit state to meet my friends in the morning, my lip is visibly throbbing, If I do go out do you think it would be polite to take my own cup?0
