    Hi gals,

I've just spent virtually all day helping my mum with last-min prep for her long-haul flight and am genuinely tired out; also I've been wearing in a new pair of flat pumps that I got today and they're making my legs ache (used to walking miles in heels or hiking boots so it's not the walk that's done it.)

Hope you are all well, but I'm off to bed now. Early start tomorrow. xx

I'm intolerant of wheat, citrus, grapes, grape products and dried vine fruits, tomato, and beetroot, and I am also somewhat caffeine sensitive.

Anyone help with mens sports chic? I have to buy DH some trousers for a martial arts class he's starting....they suggested lightweight pull on trousers, lighter than tracksuits. Do they mean like judo trousers? (its not judo!) Wear do I buy such a garment...once identified.

Also phone disaster today...have to buy a new one tomorrow and have no idea what to buy...notble technophobe...they all look ugly to me...I wish I'd replaced with a tacky gold D&G or Versace one while still in Italy...at least it would make me giggle then. sigh....even the phone reviews leav4 me feeling lost and confused. :(

lost- when I did Judo, the men who didn't have the kit wore like...linen trouser type things?
not sure where you'd get them though, sorry :o

phone wise, I'm a technophobe too, my new one is confusing me big time, if I'd been replacing it myself I'd have gone for something simple! But wasn't going to turn this down.

    are you contract or PAYG?

    linen trousers sounds right...

phone wise I'm on contract, but sim only...so I think that I'm meant to buy a PAYG phone and then a new sim contract.....

I can go contract again, but need to choose the phone I wish for because I really need to be contactable ATM...lots is going on in life..:o

Possibly! Where would I/he get them cheaply? He has lovely white ones, far too good to be thrown around in though:o
