I guess so, and I have made lots of money to transfer to my bank from selling bits and bobs this week, so that should help til the end of the month.

Getting really sleepy now :( so not up for a night out but I did promise..

Oh, and I spent the vouchers on a blue wrap dress with heart print, and also two plates with dinosaurs on them (none of my kitchen stuff matches lol ), and then a bracelet because I still had a couple of pounds worth left and they don't give change for partially used vouchers..

Tea yes it's completely ok to do that if theyr new/unworn..

Really annoyed with my eBay items today,I have a load of the ex's shoes on there (dont worry, he does know!) which are q expensive makes, but there's been no interest in them really which is quite disappointing as they were supposed to make enough to help us out a little..oh well, that's the problem with listing everything to start at 99p :/

    Afternoon, lovelies

I've just got back from visiting my mum whose just had the first of her cataract operations, it's a miracle, she can see clearly out of one eye already!! Although it looks a little gory:eek:!

I'll catch up with the posts in a bit as I've got to touch up my roots whilst it's still light.

Piratefairy and Daisy, hope your appointments went well this morning. I was thinking of both of you. Hope Caroline's little niece is doing well, too.

    Today I'm wearing:
Black smock dress with tapestry bodice (TopShop)
    Black school leotard (Jumble sale)
    Black opaques
    Tan ankle boots (Market)
    Silver rings and bangles (India)
Black jet hoop earrings with silver trails (Warehouse but given as a pressie)

    Also wore:
My new Welsh tweed coat, black driving gloves and vintage Gladstone bag (All bought at last night's jumble) ....I've stuck them on the blog as I'm very pleased with my purchases.

Catch up in an hour or so.
    Goan

honey I too would go for a nice dark pair of jeans in boots.
I would go for a tunic or jumper dress for wearing with the jeans.

For outside I would go for a lovely wool long coat maybe in a vibrant red or purple.
With coordinating scarf and gloves and maybe a chic beret.

    Maybe something like this

    or this

Wow they are really nice! Think I'll take a detour to Tesco tonight.

Thank you all for your ideas. I'm going on a hunt tonight for a bright coat (rather than my normal grey and brown!) and some co-ordinating bits to go with it.
