    LOL
I feel like I've lost half a stone.
It's nothing wildly exciting, but looks and feels a lot better. Shoulder length with a few layers. Low mantinence which is what I need!

    Question,
what are some good, MSE products for adding weight/texture to the ends so I can let my hair natural dry (messily)?

Ok, here's a bad photo of it

    http://i650.photobucket.com/albums/uu222/laurabudd1/010-11.jpg

Hairdresser has straightened it, which I can't/don't do, so it'll look totally different in a few days haha. Naturally my hair is quite wavy and though I prefer it straight and neat, I can't manage it myself :o

    *eta*
excuse my skin + tired face.

    Photos please daisy :)

ETA - ohhh that looks lovely! And I bet it'll look great all tousled and wavy as well.

I am so not the person to go to for product advice as generally I can't be doing with loads of gunk in my hair. But John Frieda Brilliant Brunette serum is wonderful on my crazy mop so might work for you. Want me to pop one in the post so you can try it? I have tons of the stuff, keep finding tubes of it everywhere - curiously I've never actually bought it for myself!

Freshly washed always gives me the best light fluffy messy look, but my hair is thick and quite heavy. As the day goes on the layers settle down more smoothly. I get my best relaxed and soft messy look at 11pm , after my after-work shower and a little play around. What a waste!

The Lee Stafford spray wax min used to recommend is nice and light (where is min??), but for MS, a little mousse worked through the ends before scrunch drying works well too.

ETA just seen your pic....same length as mine! I think you'll find it a really verstile cut, if you have a mind to play around and have fun with it!!

Bronnie- I think it was the Lee Stafford stuff I had in mind,

mousse no good on my hair, as I can't hold a hairdryer at the moment, lol.

    and yes...where IS min?

I think it looks great daisy :)

re: hair - i really need to invest in some heat protect spray, as i usually leave it to dry, and then straighten the next morning, or sometimes (!) straighten it dry - which i realise cannot be good!

DB - enjoy your new hair, I love getting my haircut but always need a new outfit to go with it:D

Welcome Mummyme - after I had DS1 I had no interest in clothes and only got back into 'fashion' after DS2 unfortunatelt for my bank balance:o

Alex- I like both dresses, they are fab:D

Well works done for the day, have been swimming and DS1 and DS2 in from school as well as their friends, I always seem to end up with a houseful of children:p

Still haven't got round the the PO to collect my IC parcel - just hope they haven't sent me the wrong sizes too:(
