I don't mind having blood being taken either although I find it does depend on who takes it and how good they are as to whether I end up with a huge bruise or not.

I have done all my 'need to' things, I might move onto my 'should do' things - working from home is pants when you aren't motivated!!!!

I'm happy to take peoples blood but hate having it done myself! I can't give blood myself for donations as I had to have a transfusion once myself.

Today I feel a bit better so decided to dress up a bit and cheer myself up.

Black Pencil skirt (ebay £1), white t and black cardi (new Look) Leopard print scarf (liberated from an old friend) grey mary janes (£9 ish ebay)

I bought a fab dress from ebay on Wednesday (£1.17) and it arrived today, been through the wash already and is ready to wear tomorrow. Yay!

I will update blog later (and catch up with everyone elses) once hubby gets home.

Needles and suchlike scare me stupidly!

PF I too feel guilty about not giving blood, but I know I would cry and faint and be a general pain. Am rubbish with squimish things(fainted when I went to hold my friends hand whilst she had the contraceptive rod thing put in her arm!)

ugh, see that grosses me out - couldn't do that!

blood tests etc dont scare me or anything, i'd be happy to give blood if i could, and it was within walking distance

Just back from working in the charity shop (best job in the worlkd even if I don't get paid!), got a lovely mac today, I'm not a mac person at all but this one is lovely and feels gorgeous.

I'm branching out and wearing something totally different today -

dark blue and burgundy pin tucked tunic shirt (New Look Tall sale)
black skinnies (have I had them on all week? Whoops!)
black vest top (Primark)
purple ballet pumps at last!!! (New Look sale)

Ok my attention has wandered from studying which means it is tea break time (earl grey and vanilla methinks) and may calling it a day on that.
I cant decide if I feel guilty over it or not haha.

dont feel guilty about it! you seem to be enjoying it so far, so dont bea yourself up over not doing enough - thats how i ended up hating my uni course and dreading going every day :S

Mariel - I would love to work in a Charity Shop, but would probably want to bring half the stuff home with me.
