Caroline, will it be the right size? I'd have thought it would be too big..the blue one more likely to be right sizewise?! I did msg u back, but will PM you the actual measures and if it is right let me know via PM? :)

Have placed my order for the following..
    velvet leggings
    plain dark green tshirt
    the spotty skirt above
and a pair of heart print tights

alll of which now say "low stock" so i doubt they'll all turn up :S

off the the rugby match now, so will prob be back at some point over the weekend...x

aw I hope they turn up! I haven't ordered yet, but I know my local store has the leggings so I can get them there if needed.

are the heart print tights the sheer black ones? I'm wearing those today :)

Gosh, you lot are so naughty with all this shopping talk!

I've had a spending spree in town today: TopShop ditsy blouse, TopShop pumps, vintage tooled leather bag, vintage glass decanters, 1960's Tootal paisley print silk dressing gown and a groovy 1960's baby doll nylon nightie all from my local chazza shops plus a blouse I'd had my beady eye on in TopShop reduced to a bargainous £5 and the Max Factor Lash Extension mascara (free with my Advantage card points). Terrible, aren't we?

    I'm wearing:
Navy blue shorts revamped from vintage dress pants
Purple puff-sleeve, puddy-bow blouse with grape print (3years old, TopShop sale)
    Grey opaques
Purple patent platform slingback shoe boots (Local Market)
Vintage pearl earrings in bunches of grapes (Mum)
    Silver bangles and rings

    Also wore:
Vintage Wetherall of Bond Street purple wool military style cape (Charity shop)
Elbow length grey and purple stripey gloves (Pressie)
1960's Baker Boy grey cap (Chazza shop)

Pictures on blog along with photos of my tortoise, Jacob who decided to come out of hibernation this afternoon - silly boy.

Have a lovely evening, guys. It's a toss-up between fighting the grannies at a jumble sale or an indulgent soak in the bath with a deep conditioning hair mask and a seaweed face pack....undecided at the mo!

    Goan

CL- hurrah for wellies, I've had mine for several years now, they only get worn in the snow or my friend's farm!
  • I think it possibly is :)

My mum phoned me at 11am to tell me she's got her appointment wrong and it's at 3pm, so no shopping for me. Oh well :( I was up early and dressed, all ready to go. I hate it when that happens... but can't be helped I suppose.

It's really warm here (also up North) so dunno what's going on in Durham! Fingers crossed it doesn't come up here.

ETA: oh b*gger, she cancelled her appointment. Now I feel really bad :S

Where are you?? lol -Its Baltic here has been all day and I normally dont feel the cold lol

Anyway Im back from the shops and I soooo love charity shops!

I got: *deep breath* Leopard print sequin huge bag (its only Primark but they were sold out when they came out so Im so pleased I got one!)- 2.99
Big gypsy style earrings with charms hanging off them (new) 99p
Black wrap dress (new look) looks brand new- 1.50
Long sleeve jersey black dress with scoop next an paisley print on the hem (not exactly like the Cath Kidston one I lust after but a good knee length jersey dress so a good substitute)- 2.99
Cute padded deep purple pumps with bow on the front (ok these not CS but Peacocks) 3.00 in the sale

Red Live hair dye 2.99 in Band M (ala Florence (love Florence) wanted my hair really red for ages so thought Id be brave!)
Bright blue nail polish also b and m and only 99p- looks just like a Barry M one Ive seen.

Then we went to Weatherspoons sat by the open fire and ate 5 bean chilli and rice....mmmm.

so all an all a good day!
