    I like that idea Magpye!

I am now changed. I decided on a black thrifted New Look dirndl skirt which just hits my knee, heavily embroidered in black with my currently ubiquitous remade black top, teal tights and black leather Mary Janes. I'll top that with my black cardi coat. Ooh, almost forgot the peacock feather earrings I got from Accessorize for about £2.

I've just ordered a skirt the same as this http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=39248778 but without the yellow. Probably a bit pale for me but I fell in love with it, I've got one of her tiered skirts in similar colours which I wear a lot in the summer, her stuff is gorgeous. That's probably broken the bank on the clothes challenge but I can afford it and it was probably a challenge too far anyway!

TBTS - We are all different shapes and sizes on here, which I was relieved to discover! You don't need to be skinny to look great in photos and have excellent style.

    Thats Cool!

I've never bought on Etsy because it's American, do you ever have any problems with it?

Too true Vicki! Who is the new blogger amongst us? I got the impression it was an MSEr - Roo Paprika?

I've just finished catching up with everything. Phew! You girls had a right old chat today! Hope you're all feeling happy and healthy. TGIF tomorrow - cannot wait for the weekend.

    Today I wore:

Peach and black lace jersey dress
    Black long sleeved polo neck
    Black tights
    Denim shirt
    Black velvet pumps
    Pink corsage
    Bangles

The frames I fancy from Select Specs are the Chiredzi in black, but I also love the Bouganvilla. There are loads on there I like, actually!

I saw the word 'Etsy' and had to reply.

There are many sellers on Etsy that are UK based. However, I've had things made/sent from as far as Australia before - I'm waiting on a valentines day card as we speak!

I've never had any problems and have even had lots of things made to my specification too.

It's a wonderful site and every time I visit it (100+ times daily) I want everything! :)

I've never had any problems with Etsy at all. It is the BEST place to shop and the prices aren't so scary once you translate them. Sizing can be a bit hit and miss but if you ask for measurements in inches and maybe ask how stretchy the fabric is you can't go wrong. I bought a top before Xmas which was a XXLor something, figured it would be ok because XL things that don't give much are often a bit tight (I'm a 16 which is XL in the states) and I had to take it in but I was prepared for that anyway and I love it. I'm hoping that all my Christmas presents this year are going to be made by me or from Etsy, I'm already on the lookout.

Should anyone be interested, the black cardi coat I wear all the time is a direct rip-off of the ones from Katwise on Etsy. I think it is my favourite thing ever.
