    Evening, lovelies!

Just catching up on the day's chat before chilling out in front of "Slumdog Millionaire". I've seen it loads but any glimpse of Mumbai makes me explode with joy. Had a bit of a wild night out last evening/this morning from which I'm still recovering so no blogging activity today (or much else).

Well done on the creative front, Piratefairy! My attempt at learning crochet is very slowly progressing - I can hold the hook and make a very neat foundation chain now.

    Today's outfit:
Kate Moss @ TopShop sheer grey silk "tattoo" dress (From her first collection)
    Black leggings (Xmas pressie)
Vintage grey and black mohair cardi (jumble sale) worn with a vintage tan leather knotted belt (jumble sale)
    Silver bangles and rings (India)
Warehouse pewter and black hoop earrings (Pressie)
I did have my tatty black army boots (car boot sale) on earlier.

Enjoy what's left of your weekends.
    Goan

Morning all, happy monday...hope it was a good weekend all round.

A friend I haven't seen in a while is taking me for coffee this morning to get me out of the house for an hour. I think it'll do me good. Had emotional talks with my parents last night about my future and where I'm heading if things carry on as they are, so with that and this numb sense of grief (it still doesn't feel real) I'm glad for the distraction.

    Wearing:
    Cream short sleeve thermal: peacocks
Pink long line jumper with penguin on the front: boo-hoo
    Black tights: Tesco
    denim shorts: New look
    light denim shirt: new look

coat, gloves etc and ankle boots for going out.

Tomorrow my Mum is off and we're hoping to go in to town for a girly day and some retail therapy, which is something else to look forward to.

I'm still in grubby outside cothes (probably ill be all day) but thought it worth sat=ying I'm wearing four different sizes.....and all of the fit.....how weird is that? I think that this is why intenet and catalogue shopping have not yet killed the high street clothes shopping!

    Morning all :)

Daisy, hope things are getting slowly easier for you to deal with.

I feel very bleurgh today. Was full of all sorts of plans to get up early, swim before work and then be full of energy first thing at work but instead I had quite disturbing dreams (not that this is anything new), slept in late and felt horrible when I woke up. So the outfit is cosy today:

    Black boots - Evans
    Black jeans - Dotty P's
    White v neck 3/4 sleeve top - M&S
Grey thin sleeveless jumper - Primark
    Black studs - Accessorize
Necklace is a bit hard to describe, it's a sort of pewter coloured chain with grey/silver small discs on. Nice though :)

    It was thatsort of morning.

DH had a laughing fit in the car when I described it as ''another uninspiring sunrise'' and called me the anti-poet. He's going o use it in a lyric I think.:o But it was: I find a beauty in those dark anthracite grey days with a clean light and harsh sun, but this morning went from very dark grey to a lighter grey with a dirty glow low in the sky: no colour, no change in tone, just shade, and its hard to get excited about it

Alex I think I know how you feel, I had a lovely weekend and then last night was unbearably depressed following a random conversation with the ex :(

cream sequin cropped jacket, tesco £6
cream/navy rose print tights, £7 river island

    Morning everyone...

Another day when I wake up feeling weird. I'm going to see my parents tomorrow but this last week or so I've been feeling an overwhelming sense of being unhappy, like I want to be someone else or somewhere else.... I have been really really stressed out and had a really bad mardy fit on Saturday night (just lost the plot on another forum!!!)

Sorry for mentioning that! Dont dare tell OH - I'm supposed to be his carer, not the other way round :( Hoping that my trip perks me up a bit. And the 6 nations starts soon - cant wait for that :):)

Today's outfit for my last day at work for 5 days (yay!!!!!!!!!)

Green cotton three-quarter sleeve top with pocket detail (pack of 2, Ambrose Wilson)
Black linen-style trousers (£7, Evans in Penzance last year on hols)
Union-Jack print socks (£1.50, Primark in Lincoln)
Black furry-lined boots (£5, Primark in Birmingham)
Green hoodie with diamante detail (Evans, Xmas pressie from Mum)

No make-up or jewellery for work as usual but today's perfume is Diesel Fuel for Life.

Hope everyone has a good day and hugs to all who need them xx
