How long before I can retry ? Is it worth trying again ?
Options
I completed a IVA about 18 months ago. Not long after it had completed I managed to get a new contract with Orange. Since then I have paid all my bills on time and whilst I am happy with Orange would like to get the IPhone on O2. Now I know that O2 are not just going to give me a IPhone with a fairly poor credit history however I had hoped that they would let me take a sim only deal out. I applied 2 months ago to O2 only to be told that it had been declined. How long before its worth me trying again? Do O2 just not take people with poor credit in which case should I just stick with Orange ?

I thought you only needed a debit card, when getting a sim only contract?
Banks say 3 - 6 months before re-applying for anything credit related.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
IVA's stay on your credit file for either 6 or 7 years. It'll be down to the networks credit check on how much that goes against you. . .0
