New contract with Vodafone and no signal at all
Hi everyone, i just received today my new phone from Vodafone, i am worried now, it has no signal at all, what can i do, i emailed them to ask for some advice and i guess will have to wait for two days or so for the reply.
What are my chances of getting out of this contract if there no signal at all ?, is there a 14 days period when i can change my mind even if i put the sim in and tried the phone ( well it doesnt work, i thought i would work...)...
please help.

If you ordered on line or over the phone you have 7 day to change your mind. If you bought in store you have no cooling off period and have to hope the store manager might help.0

Jon 01 thank you very much for your reply, i did order it online... i just thought that because i turned it on and used the sim card, i had no hope in sending it back.
thank you.Mejor morir de pie que vivir toda una vida de rodillas.0 -
If you only got phone and sim today, its likely to take about 24-48 hours before sim is activated - so no signal sounds about right till sim is activated.0

HiOneday, yes the sim is actived, i rang them and they confirmed this, they said that there is not network coverage in my area, so i should be better off contacting a diferent provider,.. sent me the details to send the phone back and they will cancel my contract. the CS was great, i will send the iteam today, so i am out of the contract tomorrow and can start looking again.Mejor morir de pie que vivir toda una vida de rodillas.0
