PAYG camera phone for £70?

A relative of mine had their phone stolen the week before Christmas. They are now looking for a replacement. Is there a PAYG camera phone preferably that plays video clips for £70? Would a Nokia 7600 on 3 then unlocked be the way forward?
Any pointers would be greatfully received. ??? (please no jokes about dogs...)

Could be worth considering one of the deals on CPW or E2save for the Nokia 7600 pay monthly on 3, depending on budget as you have to fork out each month then claim cashback over the year. Other mobiles on other networks also available from other suppliers discussed on MSE which may achieve the same result.

That way, you have free minutes/texts and can play video (I believe) while also being able to achieve what you asked.

Have a look on Virgin reconditioned phones especially in the next week or so as all the unwanted Christmas gifts are returned with their 28 day return policy.

Virgin have a Micro Snapper, same size as a Samsung A800 with camera but out of stock at the moment. They are expecting more in at the end of January and it was priced at £70.

Oops sorry didn't read properly, the Micro Snapper doesn't play video clips.
