Hi,
Wondering if anyone has any advice Vodafone have pushed my buttons to much now and i want cancel my contract my upgrade went wrong within first two months since found out this proven fault with phone i dont want it fixing again i think they should replace they are flatly refusing only to repair it again  so i fully suspect it would only go wrong again apparently you have to wait for it to break for a third time.
My contract is 4mths into 18mth contract i so angry their so called customers services  i now had enough i rather give another provider my hard earned cash.

So anyone any ideas on how i can got and how much it likely cost me think i happily pay see back of vodafone rather not have pay because of all hassle but i will if i have too.

TIA

Doodlesmum

Will speak my mind because that"s how i am :D

Take your monthly line rental and multiply by 14 and you will have the cost. There are no ways to get out early at the moment that anyone has talked about.
  • how many times has it been for repair?

If its a known fault im sure they could replace a part or update the firmware so its fine in the future?

Thanks both for replies it will be the second time it will have gone in for repair in one month it the hassle of being without phone.Regarding the fault its getting vodafone to accept it a fault  i since read reviews on my make of phone and the amount of people that were having same issue with phone refusing to chargeSso my eyes it must be known fault with phone.
It would be a lot to leave contract so i suppose that what gives vodafone leeway to treat their customers so badly i certainly wont ever use them again if i have to see contract out i will do it under sufference
    Thanks
