I'd relist them (under a different account and with the title worded slightly differently if you're a bit paranoid, which would be understandable) when you receive the tickets, then you can state that you do have them in hand. If you are waiting for them then eBay probably took the view that you would be unable to guarantee when you would have them, which would break the rules.0

there has been a recent change in the law to do with reselling tickets in anticipation of the World Cup and touts. maybe its this?0
