My sale has been removed - help !

My auction has been removed by ebay and my funds credited to my account.
I am selling tickets and before anyone jumps down my throat, I am selling them at face value, not making ridiculous profits like some people.
They didn't really give me a reason, just that they didn't fall under ebay standards and should I try to relist the items, they will suspend me !
I have always been a good girl on ebay and am annoyed at this as there are literally thousands of concert tickets going for way over the odds and not being pulled - especially today for George Michael tickets.
Anyone any advice for me ? Should I relist them ??

Email them back and try and get a more detailed explaination of which ebay rules you have supposedly broken. Is there anything in your description that is breaking any rules?"He's a maniac, maniac that's for sure,

Just that I will dispatch the tickets are soon as they are received from the promoters, which is pretty bog standard thing to say. This is only the 3rd time I have listed tickets in my 4 years on ebay !****************************0

I would create a new account and relist them. You could report other listings for the same reason and see if they get pulled as well.Debt Free Wannabee - Updated 13/08/2007

I have good feedback etc and have other items for sale that don't end for a few days that have bids on them.
How do I report the other listings ?****************************0 -
I got this from ebay site
"The main requirement is that the face value of a resold ticket has to be made clear to the consumer at the point of sale. eBay recommends that this information is included in your eBay listing description."
Is this any help?"He's a maniac, maniac that's for sure,

Yes, I have included that.
Searching myself and the ebay community (although it's scary to post there) it might be something to do with their pre sale policy.
I don't have tickets in hand, but would send them out when they came.
I bet 50% of others selling don't have them in hand either yet they pick on me****************************0 -
Yeah i was just about to say that ...ebay are a bit funny when the seller does not have the tickets in hand!"He's a maniac, maniac that's for sure,

I would have thought it was because you said that you don't actually have the tickets in hand and it's against eBay rules to sell things if you don't have it in your possession.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

Selling tickets on ebay is very problematic and most are not allowed for sale as they are not transferable. The few tickets that are allowed to be sold need to conform to strict guidelines including confirmation that they will be delivered within 30 days...guaranteed.

Never be fooled by the fact that other people are selling the same things, it just means they haven't been reported yet. I bid on tickets quite a bit and reckon on at least a third of the auction I watch being pulled before they close.

Maybe the fact that you are selling them at face value has made the other tickets touts jealous as obviously people would rather go to you than them and they have reported you?2008 Comping ChallengeWon so far - £3010 Needed - £230Debt free since Oct 20040
