HELP! W800i - does it have bluetooth or not?

Hi I've just got one of these and cannot find the bluetooth function or infra red function anywhere. In fact I cannot find any connectivity function.
The pack includes a whole bunch of accessories including a data cable and its in the usual orange see-through box but the user manual makes no mention of connectivity. I wonder if I've got a dud version of this phone. Has anyone experienced this?

The reason people don't move right down inside the carriage is that there's nothing to hold onto when you're in the middle.

yes it has bluetooth - see https://www.sonyericsson.co.uk
not sure if the menus are like the k750i (same phone with different software) but in the settings menu there are different tabs that u need to move between using left and right movements on the 'joystick' One of them is connectivity0 -
it's exactly the smae on the W800, in the settings function as the above states. Bluetooth was also first option on the default shortcuts page when you move the joystick up from the main screen0

Thanks for that. I thought so but still can't find it. What worries me is that the user manual makes no mention of connectivity at all. I feel like I've received some strange con version of the phone. Dunno if I'm being paranoid. The reason people don't move right down inside the carriage is that there's nothing to hold onto when you're in the middle.0

I think you can download a proper SE manual from their website.0

Depending on where you bought it some of the functions may be missing and need to be set by your network provider i.e. if the phone is unbranded. My sister's K750 needed settings sent to the phone for picture messages and wap (which she did through the orange website) and my W550 needed settings sent for just basic texting as it was missing from the menus (I had to phone orange for this). I doubt if this will apply for bluetooth and infrared since they aren't network-related, but thought I'd mention it just in case. So if the settings are definitely not where the manual says they should be then phone your network provider0

That's what makes me feel mine is a dud version. I've looked at the proper W800i pdf manual on the web and it has features which my paper manual did not show. Also I've noticed that my user manual states W800 not W800i and the language reads like translated English if you know what I mean. I have a FAKE!?The reason people don't move right down inside the carriage is that there's nothing to hold onto when you're in the middle.0 -

Yes mine is unbranded so its quite possible. I've contacted the company I bought it from. They think its strange. I'll try sims from different network providers and see what happens otherwise I'll return it.
