Free Credit Check Keeps Charging Me!

I joined the credit expert site and although was told it was free they still needed my bank details. Since then they have taken £6.99 every month but take it as a POS transaction which i'm unable to cancel with my bank. They have advised i speak to them direct but can't find a contact number so have had to email them. The bank also said that by cancelling my card it still won't stop them taking the money every month. How can i get them to stop this payment?

Can someone enlighten me as to why anyone would want to sign up to one of these pay monthly memberships? You can get the statutory report for £2 from Experian.0
