Problem receiving hotmail emails on my blackberry

Hi

I used to have an Orange contact and could always receive my hotmail emails without any problems. I have recently moved to o2 and haven't received any emails. I have rung o2 to try to find out why, and they say it is a hotmail issue and to contact them. Hmmm easier said than done.
I have posted in the hope that some-one might know what the issue is.

How are you trying to access Hotmail?
I recall having a sony phone with o2 which had trouble to get on hotmail and I had to use Opera Mini browser I think - something like that - try a different browser like opera mini.

sorry I meant that I don't receive my hotmail emails automatically on my blakcberry. I don't know what browser is set up for this. I just thought that if you had a blackberry once you'ds set the email account up emails just came through automatically

Not sure as I dont have blackberry but reading on web some people talking about hotmail premium service which lets you have email notifications.

I have the sim only bundle and I get 200mb of data download included in that through the blackberry bolt on. What is the Blackberry Internet Solution? Many thanks

How odd. I have just received about 6 emails through (some of them were from earlier today). I wonder if there is some sort of problem delaying them coming through.
