I've also posted an entry about this on the Scam board but I know this board is read in greater numbers so as it could directly affect some people's phone bills...
Bedfordshire police are making people aware that postcards delivered to addresses in the area bearing a picture of two hands passing a baton set against a blue sky background are a scam. They invite the recipient to call 09050 000 165 to arrange a delivery and give the impression that they are from Royal Mail. Needless to say it will cost £1.50/min for the call.
Not a new scam but one which returns like a bad penny and will catch some out.
