Withdrawing funds from Paypal - help please

If you have many email addresses linked to the 'second pp account', would the 'primary email address' be needed or will the 'other email addresses' work?

Rather than sending money there and back, after a few weeks, can the
1st pp (funds e.g. £11) -> 2nd pp (eg £11) --> 2nd bank account (eg bank No2)
work?

Any email that you have linked should work. But you might as well use the primary. Once it is in that account you can transfer to the bank account linked to that Paypal account.

So, if I have 1 Premier (A) and 1 Personal (B), I can transfer,
eg £11 from A --> to B then --> to Bank Number 2,

without Paypal flagging up both Paypal and bank accounts??
