Background in brief

I'm currently a contract O2 customer.

I've no issues with changing provider (although wary of 3)

I've used Nokia, Motorola & Ericsson handsets in the past

Last handset was a V3.

Any handset recommendations (not tariff)?

If the phone is relatively "future proof" then happy to sign up for 18 months

I text lots, picture and video are pretty much pre-requisites (would compromise on video if need be)

Most useful thing I've found was a "message counter" on an old Nokia - didn't have one on my V3 - much to my cost :doh:

Anything "out there" that you'd suggest?

But keep in mind you can not unlock them.

However CPW & O2 ship these fones unlocked (as I heard here).
