Siemens CL75 Poppy Phone - Shows Caller Number But Not Name

When my sis receives text messages on this phone only the callers phone number appears (even though they are in the contacts ). As she doesnt always recognise the number can someone tell me how to get it to show the caller's name. Looked in the book but cant find anything.

Could be because the callers name has more than one entry in the phone book. i.e. it does not know which name to display.

Yes just has one entry for each person but noboby's name comes up only the number?

Try saving the number to the phone book when it comes in as a text and name then delete the old entry.

It may be because the text comes in with the 44 with the first 0 missing in front of the number she has stored in the phone book.
