Intelligent Finance - are they any good?

I have finally had enough of Abbey's total incompetence at managing my cash ISA and have decided to move what little is left in my account to another bank (there's only a little bit of money left in there as Abbey 'accidentally' transferred the rest to my current account ).
I am looking at the Intelligent Finance ISA, as recommended elsewhere on this site, but I don't know anyone who has used them, so I don't know if they're any good or not.
Does anyone use Intelligent Finance (for ISAs or anything else) and, if so, would you recommend them?
Thanks very much for your help!

Thanks very much - I'll give them a go, then. They can't be any worse than Abbey, whatever happens!Back after a very long break!0
