Can i just ask how you get these "Mailings"? Have you signed upto something? Sorry if i sound thick lol x

Hi upsy-daisy. You need to be signed up and registered with www.boots.com first. You register your card and you then have the option to ask for offers by email or post in your personal settings in 'My Account'. Not everyone gets the mailings, according to Boots it is random.

Offers are often personalised to the items you buy, but I sometimes get vouchers for things I have never bought

This time as well as the 500pts FCUK I also had £2 off No7 cosmetics which I was able to combine with the pinky/rosie voucher. Also double pts voucher, £2.50 off Healthcare and a few others.

If you don't get any and you are registered with dot com, try ringing customer services on 08450 70 80 90, who knows you may get lucky.:)

Just saw loads of TED BAKER MENS and WOMENS WASHBAGS with reduced SEL's. Quick calculation shows it is now 75% off. Bags were down from almost £20 to just less than £5. Flying off the shelves really fast though. Go get them quick!

Have seen quite a lot of BOTANICS FOR MEN products on clearance too (just over £1), some of these might work with the 100 points when you buy certain Botanics products from the ACM.

Saw heaps of R+M mini bag things in red, gold, yellow and such like at ALBION STREET, LEEDS all on clearance at less than £5. Don't know if the £5 voucher will work.

O/T. MORRISONS have 3 x MCVITIES 12 JAFFA CAKES at £1.29. Huge bargain. (These are £1 for 12 at Tesco!). HTH.

I spotted some lovely R&M eyeshadow quads in gold or metallic purple zip up pouches,
plus a lip gloss set in a red metallic pouch, all reduced from £14.50 to just £7.xx.
Plus the red and gold matching make up bags down from £9.50 to £4.75 each.
I tried to use a £5 off voucher on them, but the till beeped with all of them
and the SA said it was because they were gift sets.

I may try the voucher on some of the R&M brushes as these used to work.

I bought both of the R&M eyeshadow quads on a previous £5 No7/R&M merry-go-round session, both were their original price of £14 (must have gone up an extra 50p since March ) I was able to use both a £5 voucher and a 500pts R&M voucher both times so they only cost me £4 each in Boots logic :rotfl:

So I'm guessing you couldn't use the voucher because they'd been reduced, rather than because they are "gift sets" - which incidentially I didn't think those quads were, they appeared to be part of the normal range, but we know the excuses that get used to deny us our bargains! :D

First day back at work since I came down with pig flu - yes, the £5 voucher merry-go-round has been revolving for a week and I aint' been near Boots yet, grrrrrrrrrrrr! :p And the £2 No7 ACM vouchers I was holding on to have expired too, pah!

Went in today looking for the sun cream! Anyway - when I got into Boots completely forgot what one I was looking for!:p I did spot a bargain at the till tho - Basildon has mini's by one lot of tills - and Johnsons head to toe wash label said 1p!!! (only 2 left - sorry nabbed them both) anyway - went through the till at 0p and the cashier let me have them! Might be worth checking out at other branches.

Apart from the chance to win £1000 (I think) is there any other benefit to doing these surveys?
