I used the new mascara for the first time today and can't believe how poor it is on my long, spindly eyelashes. Plus my eyes have been streaming with tears all day.

Take it back - they'll refund or exchange (not sure what happens if you used a £5 voucher though.)I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.0 -

Can you do that? I would have thought they wouldn't take it back for hygiene reasons??
Yes, I did buy it with a rosie so it was £6.50 - I might just give it to one of my daughters - they might be ok with it.
I was just a bit disappointed, after waiting for what seemed like weeks for the GWP offer to kick in, in order to try it out. I also hated the big old, rectangular brush as I've been using the L'Oreal Telescopic Explosion which is fantastic!0 -

They won't take it back if you merely disliked it, but since your eyes were streaming it sounds like you've had a bad reaction, in which case they will take it back. You could always call CS first, and they may give you either a reference code to give to the NO7 staff which tells them to let you exchange/refund the item, or they may just give you points back on your card (which might even work out better, as they may give you the points to the full value of the item even though you used a voucher!).0 -

Lol- you sound like me! But how premium is professional for you?- wantthelook and lookfantastic which seem to be cheaper then any other store selling premium (eg Kerastase, Bumble & Bumble, Paul Mitchell, Aveda... etc) and is free delivery atm. (Think for the weekend). No Boots points, no glitches, but cheaper then if you were to get 4% off. (Advantage points are 4% of total spend)0 -
I was just wondering whether there were any No7 vouchers without minimum spend out at the moment?
Any help would be much appreciated.0
