I bought a PAYG phone for my Daughter on 26th June - I gave it to her on 3rd July and although it worked briefly the screen 'flickered' and then stopped working on 4th July. Got a letter this morning offering me the full amounf of £74.95 'in full and final settlement' which I have accepted.

All that time, money and energy wasted by Carphone Warehouse! if they had just replaced the phone in the first place then everyone would have been happy.
