When to start negotiating new contract?

Hi,

My Vodaphone contract expires on 6th September, when should I start negotiating with them?

I would prefer to stay with Vodaphone really, as I've never had any problem with signal which is a concern with me. My dh is on 3 and always has signal issues!

I'd really like a Samsung Tocco Ultra Lite (the slide one), but if I go through the website it says I'll have to pay £150!! I don't think so. I've been with Vodaphone for 7/8 years now, and expect a decent deal. If push comes to shove, I'll cancel the contract and either go elsewhere or go ont payg and buy a phone.

Thanks.

Request your PAC now, tell them you want to leave and you will start getting calls in a couple of weeks begging you to stay (like a sad pathetic ex) offering better deals, never take the 1st offer make them sweat and do the running. Always ask for an email confirming the offer before you accept it.

    Will phone them tonight then!

Really annoyed me that when I went through on the website to see what I could upgrade to that they want £150 for Toco, but for new customers it was free .

    So much for customer loyalty!!

    Hi claireac

I can't wait until my upgrade - I'm so jealous!

Our online upgrade tool is a really quick and easy way to upgrade - but it has yet to grasp the concept of haggling!

You can upgrade anytime in your last 60 days via any of our normal channels. If you'd like us to look into ths for you, drop us an email from the Contact Us form with your details and WRT135 in the body of the text.

    Congratulations on getting married! :smileyhea
