Have now tried it without much success! Get message stating: "The soundcard in the system is not properly installed. Reinstall the soundcard and try again " - but HOW???

Try uninstalling the Sound Blaster software :-
    Start>All Programs>SoundBlaster>Uninstall

Or if its not in there :-
    Start>Control Panel>Add Remove Programs>Sound Blaster Drivers>Remove

Then uninstall the sound card as before but before you restart the computer put the Driver disk in the CD drive, restart.

    Then tell us what happens.
I love my spell checker, it stops me making all sorts of stupid smelling mistakes.
