Nationwide Building Society Internet Banking keeps crashing

I have had different problems with the internet banking, namely direct debits, I transferred money to my nationwide account, some by internal transfer, and some via another bank, coz it was on a sunday there was delay with external transfer, but applied to my account overnight, the following day my account did not show the direct debit on my screen up until my last login at 1617hrs on the monday, but on the tuesday morning, it appeared dated the previous day and listed before any of the cedits into my account, so it was returned unpaid, this time I had proof of this coz I printed my statement out on the monday showing no direct debit appearing on my statement. I have had this problem before, but nationwide deny any problems their end, and as usual its all my fault and I should pay the charges involved.
One thing I did find out, is that all the debits are deducted first in their system, and then the credits after, I wonder why that is??? I'm sure its nothing to do with making lots of money with the charges involved.?0
