Blackberry Curve 8900 or Bold 9000

As the title, which one is better?
From what I have read the only advantage of the bold over the curve is the slightly better CPU speed and that its 3g internet. But the curve beats the bold in all other department including being £100 cheaper.

This would be very much a business phone purchase for email and mobile phone (viewing attachments is v important).

Thoughts and opinions please :D

Oooh, you're opening a can of beans there. I prefer the Curve, but I'm biast as it's the phone I have.

    Curve V Bold:

Curve has a better camera, is smaller, lighter and in my opinion easier to use in general, it can slow down quite a bit sometimes tho, and the silver "paint" on the right/left hand size is very easy to degrade.

Bold has 3G, but it is a little large and over bearing, the screen size is of a good size and the buttons are rubber and feel good to use.

Ultimately, it depends what you want. If you want a small multimedia phone, i'd recommend the Curve. If you're after an internet phone, the bold wins hands down.

I was asking the same question recently. I decided that the Curve was the best overall, I have no 3G signal here anyway so the 3G internet would not be an advantage for me personally.

I had a magic, after the 8900 and I was going to goto the Magic from the Curve, however a family member made the choice for me when they stole the Magic from me! >:]

Magic is a -really- good phone tho, I loved it, the applications made it so amazing to use.

Storm..... meh, I wouldn't have it.

iPhone, I'd use it, I'd keep it, I've even considered it but for the money it's not worth it.
  • I have to go with the Curve.

Gr8 phone strong as a rock! I think it can double as a nut cracker, this phone was made to survive a car accident! :-)
