Getting the best deal on upgrade

I am due an upgrade tomorrow - currently have SE c902, 300 mix and match for £15 a month on 3.
Most important things are good camera (love bestpic and cybershot), good sound quality and preferably large screen as I use email and internet.
Can anyone suggest a good phone, or a comparison site for these features? Thanks.

You're unlikely to be bowled over by the offers 3 make on a £15/mo contract. For the very best offers, you'll need to leave (or at least make them think you are) by requesting and getting your PAC code.
