Calling other networks

Would I be right in thinking that nowadays your minutes can be used across all networks? Have the days of it being cheaper to call people on your own network gone? I want a plan that lets me call any network. Are some networks better than others for this or are they all similar?

Yes they allow it - but do they charge you extra for it? I am changing from a pay as you go to a monthly plan because I easily spend £10 a week and think I will be better off. As it is at the moment I don't give it a thought what network someone else is on before I phone them.

no it does not cost you more to call people on other networks - it is included in inclusive minutes.

sorry, I should read properly shouldnt i?:rotfl:

Just watch you dont go over your free minutes in that case, cos the charges are still stupidly high:rolleyes:

You should be able to get loads of minutes for less than you are spending just now

To be clear - there are still plans around that make it cheaper (or free) to call your home network, so check before you sign up.
