You are confusing 'Freesat from Sky' wth 'Freesat'-2 entirely different satellite services. You can get the Sky non-subscription services using your existing box and dish, but you will lose the Sky+ function.
To get Freesat, you need a Freesat digibox instead of your Sky box, but the existing dish will be OK.
