Forgive me but this does seem a bit odd. Did it not crop up in the conversation you presumably had at the scene with the third party you initially hit?0 -
One claim, one excess - Similar to a multi rear ender that you may have been in, namely the middle car of three. The front end damage when you hit the car in front, and the rear end damage when the car behind hit you.
Also were the Police involved? If so the police report may clarify if it is considered one incident or two.C. (Ex-Pat Brit)
