T Mobile !!!! up
I have been a victim of what is obviously a fault with a certain phone, i am currently on phone replacment number 6 after i keep getting sent new replacment phones. Problem is this time my "new" phone came and it was obviously not new. Reason i say this is becuase it had other peoples phone numbers stored in the call list and outbox!!! Bit naughty dont you think  i would not be happy if i was the person whos phone it used to be.

It is standard practice to replace faulty handsets with reconditioned handsets. Sounds like the handset you were sent hadn't ben set back to factory settings. What have T-Mobile had to say for themselves?0
