Zone Alarm scan found "Win32.Email.Worm.Anker.q" classed it as Medium Threat but was unable to delete or quarantine it & offered to "Ignore Once".
Is there a way to clear it out ?
What on earth does "Ignore Once" mean?

Might be a 'false +' type alert by zone alarm
Boot in safe mode - f8 usually - and scan with all that you have ..... anti-virus, AdAware , spybot S&D etc, and see if you can delete with those [I also turn off system restore to get rid of nasties - and turn back on when gone]
If no good - try online scanners at ... http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=78360
I've used Panda and Trend Micro before succesfully
Hope it helps
