Morning all
It's taken me all morning to work out what this means: Declutter and vacuum the floor inthe chillies/spare room
If I hadn't been sitting here puzzling over it, I could have actually finished it by now!!Overpay!0 -
This is a bit of a rant however some history!
Moved into my flat in 2007 and my neighbour was OK at first, just a few minor annoyances, then the new misses moved in and it's been hell over the last six months, we've taken it as far as getting him served with a notice with intent to evict by the local housing association.
Meantime, we've considered selling up and moving, it's a shame but without sleep our lives are awful. I run scouts, goto st john ambulance, have an allotment and a full time job to boot - no sleep makes me crazy
Anyway, so we decided to pack up the non-essentials into plastic boxes and store in my parents mice infested garage (the plastic boxes are a must to stop the mice getting in). So far, I've moved around 14 plastic boxes packed full. The house is appreciatively emptier looking a lot more minimalist. The result is that for the first time it's a bit clearer and cleaner and I'm already wondering what was so great about what is in those 14 boxes that I need to keep (bar a few sentimental things)
Crazy.
So yet again, I'm back to thinking about running with the flylady thread again and trying to keep the place clean and tidy.Tim0 -

Natty - Can't believe your 'friend' It's amazing how people can delude themselves that they're in the right! Glad it's sorted out . Maybe it's time to de-clutter a 'friend'? (((hugs)))
I woke up last night about 3am as I could hear two owls hooting and so I lay there sleepily and happily listening to them (I LOVE owls) but then about an hour later, it was a case of 'okay, okay - shut up now!'. Ain't nature grand?
But was lucky enough to have a lie-in this morning and am slowly coming to grips with today's list.

Sorry to hear this Tim. We moved last year because of neighbours from hell (well a whole pub-full - new landlady took over and turned our lovely neighbourhood into hell on earth). So I know how awful it is to have to deal with this. I hope things get resolved for you, and quickly. xDFW Nerd 941 Proud to be dealing with my debt
