Thanks! Just off to the gym... had a scary spider moment, as was so busy worrying about the one that lives downstairs I walked right underneath one on the landing ceiling this morning  It was HUGE:eek::eek: but luckily the hoover was right underneath it, so it's been hoovered up and the hoover left on for a few minutes in the hope that it's definitely in there... I might leave it outside the back door while I'm at the gym, just in case it has survived and can escape :o

Well unbelievably, I feel loads better. I'm on a cocktail of various vitamins and supplements
I started taking a probiotic Multibionta with multivitamins, Yakult, Co enzyme Q10, Vit C, Echinacea, Siberian Ginseng, Aloe vera juice and AllicinMax.
    Hi triker
Glad you are feeling so much better.
Thanks for mentioning the supplements. My hands still haven't settled down after the day and a half painting last week, but I realised I had got out of the routine of taking extra pills.

Just been on-line and ordered glucosamine and celadrin (plus some ginkgo biloba to help me remember to take them:rotfl:)

Despite the fact that I'm on a normal week, I've done bu**er all, so I'm going to try and get loads done today....maybe even get my first star!!!! I've also got to pop out for some shopping-y bits and I've a nurses appointment at 2.15 to see whats going on with my current non-stop nausea, which is REALLY annoying (the nausea not the nurses).

Big squishy giant hugs to anyone feeling poorly, down or generally in a hug wanting place,.

P.S - To whomsoever it was who posted the link to the yankeedoodle website.....you are a bad person, now I'm drooling all over my lappy!:rotfl: On a more serious note thanks, we had a tiny range in the nearby shops and ones just stopped selling them, it nice to find a decent supplier.
