Goody! I've just finished the kitchen this week, so it's not too bad. As I have to clear up from supper, I should be able to get some of it done tonight :D

    Thanks Pigpen!

Toots - just out of interest, do you know what it is that causes your connection problems? Is it your PC, or the router, or the line?
  • Hello my lovelies, just bck from 10 days in Anglesey, loads of sun, laughs and jiggy jiggy LOL!!!

Can I have a quick synopsis of what's gone on? How's Toots, LL and Jo et al?? Goodness me I've missed you all. Not on for long as am bushed, emptied car, put all camping stuff away after a good clean, 3 washes of clothes etc so far, picked up rabbit from sister and having a beer whilst HM chilli is defrosting in microwave xx

thanks for the list pigpen - I couldnt figure out what was different on the first post and then it dawned that you have removed the 'warning' about chatting and the MACAW and the weekly challenge is gone - it makes the first post look empty but very neat and tidy!!!!:D

I will maybe add a weekly challenge back on once the children are back at school but we need to be spending some time with the children.. and kitten cuddling :D!

    I'm in again this week.
Just spent the weekend looking after 4 grandchildren - in their own house - but it means that mine has gone haywire in a very short time.
Work all week and then off to Ireland at the weekend for youngest granddaughters' 1st birthday. So got to get a LOT of flying done in a very short time.

Nice to see you back Toots

That was the first time in weeks that I've had more than 2 stars (since toots left to the hospital) so your return has definitely had an impact tootles. Thanks to soappie for covering for toots when she's been away, and for not being offended if we've pointed out that you've missed a star. You're a superstar, especially as you've not been feeling well. Thanks to pigpen for doing the lists, even though you've had lots going on at home too and haven't been feeling your usual self either.

I'm going to try and be a good flylady this week and keep up with the lists - OH is home, so may convince him to lend a hand.

Happy flying everyone! Good luck and welcome to any newcomers.

Off to do the dinner now as OH has just got home from his shooting club.

See you all in the morning,

    sexymouse xx
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

    I'm in.

Grateful....Re. the M&S upholstery fabric...it's dry clean only from what I can remember, although the sofa I've got at the moment is supposed to be non washable and you can't dry clean it but I have washed the seat covers without a problem. Suppose if you had some left over fabric you could test wash it?

So glad you're back Toots...will reply to your PM. x

Evening Girlies. Im in this week :) Sorry not been around all day, have you missed me?! Deceided to take a running jump down the stairs last night, knocked myself out cold and had to have loads of fluid drained off my knee
Spent most of the night in hosp, got out this morning at five and promptly crashed on the sofa due to the pethedine and tramadol they pumped me with. DH has had to deal with the kids all day, not long woken up and suprised to see the house is still fairly tidy.
So yea, eventful 24hours! Oh and my ears keep popping! Something to do with the gas and air?
So, yes i'm in for this week, not sure how much im going to be able to get done tho
