Mobile TV Pack (please help)

Please help me if you can. I know that i am stupid but I have only just noticed that my mobile phone network provider has been charging me since August 06 for `Mobile TV Pack`. I have never asked for this and they say its a subscription service which I asked for. Well I didnt and I have never used it but I have paid £15 a month for 3 year unaware till now. When i contacted the said network they offered me only £30 back. I said "no" and after some emails its gone up to £70. But there is £460.00 difference. They are now just send me crazy with emails and wont help just passing me from one customer service person to another. I have emailed and asked to speak to a manager but they ignore that request and just send me a standard email with no help, then have the cheek to ask to give them postive feed back!!. Please give me some advice if you can.
