Why do you like the things you use...

I switch to OS X over a year ago now, i did a lot of my work (self employed in the music industry) on Windows based PC's and over the years had notorious amounts of problems with it.
I moved all of my work over onto a Mac machine & i've not had one problem yet. It's worth paying the extra just to get an operating system that has been designed to work with the hardware. The problem with Windows is that many different hardware companies make the laptops & getting a uniformed working system across all these different hardware configurations will never succeed.
So why do I like it? It just works, thats what i require from my system in order to get my work done & less time spent fixing problems is less time getting my work done. Productivity is key!0
